Refund policy

At FruitFlix UAE, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we deal in fresh and perishable products, we maintain a clear and fair refund policy in accordance with UAE consumer protection guidelines.

1. Perishable Products Policy

All our products include fresh fruits and date-based gift boxes. Due to the perishable nature of these items, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • Damaged items upon delivery

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • Missing items in the order

  • Quality issues verified within the allowed timeframe

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a review, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Failure to report within 24 hours may result in rejection of the claim.

3. Refund Approval Process

Once your complaint is received:

  • Our team will review the case within 1–2 business days

  • If approved, you may receive either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A full or partial refund (depending on the issue)

FruitFlix UAE reserves the right to request additional information if required.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order is prepared or out for delivery, cancellation is not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery address provided by customer

  • Recipient unavailable at time of delivery

  • Minor variations in fruit size, color, or natural appearance

  • Change of mind after delivery
